NEED TO CANCEL?
Life is unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. We understand. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please do so more than 48 hours in advance via your stylist's Booksy page. If you're outside of the rebooking policies, a fee might apply. For direct communication with your stylist, their contact details can be found on their individual booking pages. However, please be aware that cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. At REM Salon, we value firm boundaries. As a sanctuary for numerous independent businesses, these policies safeguard the interests and income of our dedicated professionals. While we empathize with unforeseen circumstances, these guidelines are essential to protect each business within our walls.
LATE ARRIVALS
Out of respect for our staff and fellow clients at REM Salon, we kindly ask that you arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. If you're running more than 15 minutes late, it may necessitate rescheduling, accompanied by a cancellation fee. Each stylist at REM has individual policies, so please familiarize yourself with these before booking. While the policies mentioned here are standard, always consult with your chosen stylist for specifics. If you anticipate a delay, please inform us as soon as possible. This helps us manage our schedule and ensures minimal inconvenience to others.
Parking around REM Salon and on the side streets is complimentary. However, during peak times, if you're unable to find a spot, metered parking is available both east and west on Fullerton Ave. Do factor in some extra time for parking to ensure a smooth visit
